Information about Bridges Through Sound Music Therapy (BTS)

www.bridgesthroughsoundmusictherapy.co.uk is operated by Sharon Francis who is the sole owner of BTS. Sharon is registered with the HCPC as a Music Therapist (registration: AS019043) and with the ICO as data controller for the business (controller ID ZB983125).

 

Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Bridges Through Sound Music Therapy, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or services accessed through it.

 

Viruses

  • BTS cannot guarantee that the site is free from bugs or viruses.
  • It is the service user’s responsibility to ensure that they have maximum virus protection software when browsing the BTS site. 
  • Any attempt to misuse the site by gaining unauthorised access or introducing viruses is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Any such misuse will be reported immediately to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

 

Linking to BTS site

If a service user wishes to link the BTS homepage to their own website, written permission, via email (sharon@bridgesthroughsoundmusictherapy.co.uk) must be obtained prior to setting this up. The service user will be required to give full details as to the purpose of requesting the link and send BTS access details to the site. 

 

Warranties
Except as expressly stated, the Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

 

Termination
BTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the site at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
